International Conference on the Study of the Sino-Indian Cultural Exchange via the Silk Road

1. For those who are interested in attending the conference, please first refer to Appendix 1, especially section VIII. Stated Items.

2. Interested scholars are requested to please provide us with their personal data (as referred to in Appendix 2).

3. Kindly e-mail or fax to the Institute your intended topic with a 1500-word synopsis, 3-5 key words, and personal data before October 15, 2007.

4. The scholars who participate in the conference, presenting papers, will be provided with free tour visits (to grottos not open to the public), board and lodging, and transport during and after the conference. All other expenses must be met by participants.

5. The style sheet in Chinese is according to Appendix 3; the style sheet in English is according to Appendix 4. Please make sure the paper is written in accordance with it, to facilitate the publishing process after the conference.

6. The deadline for submission is July 10, 2008.
