Character not found?!
There are a number of
possibilities, when you can't find the character you where looking for
in KanjiBase.
- Maybe you got your information wrong? Made some typos, or used the
wrong radical / strokecount? Check with a dictionary (Morohashi springs
to mind) an try it again.
- Maybe I got my information wrong? Tell me what you were looking for. Maybe I can check if there is a
problem in our database. Supply either a standard dictionary reference
(Morohashi), or send me a bitmapped image of your character as
attachment in your mail.
- Maybe the character is not there? This happened to me several
hundred times. Here is a list of characters
'privately' added to KanjiBase before publication of the ZenBase CD1,
and these characters are new even to people
who already have the CD.
